The Process
Step 1
The first step will be to meet with Patrick Ryan at our space in Yaletown, Vancouver or via phone/video call for a complimentary conversation. During this conversation Patrick will meet with you to discuss your goals and concerns, and identify any challenges and opportunities.
Step 2
After the initial conversation Patrick will offer a range of possible ways in which to move forward towards accomplishing the goals agreed upon. At which point he will draw upon a wide range of modalities to support accomplishing the coaching outcomes.
Step 3
One possible tool is The Leadership Circle Profile. This Profile is a powerful and comprehensive tool that Patrick will use in order to work towards implementing positive change. Patrick has certification and over 15 years of experience in working with the Leadership Circle Profile.
